Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and fl888 ("fl888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website accessible at https://fl888.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

fl888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

This Agreement is written in English and is directed at Malaysian users. Where a conflict arises between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails in all circumstances.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement.

Term	Meaning
Account	The personal, non-transferable user account registered by an individual on the Platform.
Agreement	This Terms and Conditions document together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific bonus terms published on the Platform.
Bonus Funds	Any promotional credit, match deposit amount, free play credit or loyalty reward credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
Eligible User	An individual who is at least 21 years of age, who is not excluded from using the Platform and who accesses the Platform from a permitted jurisdiction.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to validate a User's name, age, address and payment method ownership.
MYR / RM	Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination displayed on the Platform for Malaysian users.
Real Money Funds	Currency deposited by a User from a verified payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
Wagering Requirement	The total amount a User must wager on eligible games before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
Withdrawal	A request by a User to transfer Real Money Funds from their Account to a verified payment method.

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on fl888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling is legally and operationally restricted to adults aged 21 and above. fl888 will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process, and any Account found to have been registered by a person under this age will be suspended immediately and funds returned where legally required.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, secondary or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all associated bonuses and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

3.3 Accurate Registration Details

You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address and a valid email address at registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any time thereafter. If you become subject to such an order, you are required to notify fl888 immediately and cease use of the Platform.

3.5 Employee Restriction

Current employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of fl888 or its associated service providers are not permitted to hold an Account or participate in any promotional offer unless an explicit written exception has been granted.

3.6 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal request can be processed, fl888 requires completion of its KYC process. Acceptable documents typically include a National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Important Age Notice

fl888 operates as a 21+ platform. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to access this Platform. If you suspect a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact support immediately at the email address shown in the footer of this page.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fl888 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users. Deposit and withdrawal availability, limits and processing timeframes may vary depending on the method selected, the User's account verification status and current maintenance schedules. All amounts are displayed in MYR unless otherwise stated.

Supported channels may include, but are not limited to, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Availability is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. fl888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, eWallet provider or cryptocurrency network.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. KYC completion is mandatory before the first withdrawal request is approved. Processing times vary by method. fl888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal of a significant amount.

4.3 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed on-chain. Users must select the correct network supported by fl888 when initiating a transfer. Transactions sent to an incorrect network address may be permanently lost. fl888 does not accept liability for losses arising from User network selection errors.

4.4 Currency Conversion

Where a deposit is made in a currency other than MYR, an indicative conversion rate will be applied at the time of processing. The rate used is for informational purposes. fl888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

fl888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, referral rewards, cashback schemes, birthday bonuses and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Principles

All promotions are offered to eligible users aged 21 and above only. Bonus Funds are not real money until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn; only winnings that remain after wagering completion may be eligible for withdrawal subject to maximum conversion limits.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or a combination of both. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward satisfying the requirement. Contribution rates vary by game category.

5.2 Maximum Conversion

Most bonus offers are subject to a maximum conversion cap, limiting the amount of bonus-related winnings that may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable cap is displayed in each offer's specific terms.

5.3 Expiry Periods

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period from the date the bonus was credited. Expired bonuses and any related winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

5.4 Abuse and Collusion

fl888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, the use of automated tools, systematic wagering designed to exploit promotions, or any other conduct that fl888 reasonably considers to undermine the integrity of a promotion.

Terms of Use and Prohibited Conduct

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balances where permitted by applicable law.

No Fraud or Deception

Attempting to deceive fl888 or other users, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or manipulating game outcomes, is strictly prohibited.

No Automated Activity

The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser extensions or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, including in games, is forbidden without prior written authorisation.

No Money Laundering

The Platform must not be used to launder money, conceal the origin of funds or process payments on behalf of third parties. fl888 cooperates with applicable regulatory and law enforcement bodies when required.

No Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, allowing another person to operate your Account or using another person's Account, even a family member's, is a breach of this Agreement.

No Disruption

Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform services, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or circumventing security measures, will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

No Underage Access

The Platform must not be accessed by persons under the age of 21. Account holders must not allow any person under this age to access or use their Account under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the fl888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and the arrangement thereof, is owned by or licensed to fl888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of fl888.

Any trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party brands, payment services (such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow) or sporting organisations (such as the English Premier League or Liga Super Malaysia) is made for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform and all content it contains are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

fl888 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Sporting events, odds and live data are subject to change. Technical failures may occasionally affect game or betting outcomes; where such failures materially alter a game result, fl888 may at its sole discretion void the affected game round and return applicable Real Money Funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fl888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, payment processing delays, account suspension or Platform downtime.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. Nothing on the fl888 Platform, including promotional content, game descriptions or historical performance data, constitutes a guarantee of future outcomes, winnings or profitability. You accept sole responsibility for all wagering decisions made on the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

fl888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices for all eligible adult users. Gambling should remain voluntary entertainment and should not be considered a source of income, a method of debt repayment or a financial strategy of any kind.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which fl888 operates its licensing arrangements. In the event of a conflict between the laws of different jurisdictions, the applicable law will be determined by fl888's registered licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and fl888, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as designated by the applicable licensing authority.

fl888 maintains records of all significant Account transactions, game rounds and communication logs for dispute purposes. Where a discrepancy exists between the Platform's server records and information displayed on your device, the Platform's server records shall be considered authoritative.

You agree not to bring any class action, collective claim or representative proceeding against fl888 under the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of fl888.
